Garbage the wires break and light stops working

I have own one80light waist belt light since 2020 and the wiring broke off last yr so I ordered the new version of waistbelt light that use battery. I barely used it and notice it’s not working even after I put in new battery. I contact one80light customer services and they send me new one right away since I had a huge 100 mi race coming up. They even send me 2 bike light which is heavy duty. They are awesome!

Great Product AND Customer Service

I recemtly purchased the one80 headlamp/waistband combo for my spouse who is a mail carrier & delivers mail in the dark. The waist light eliminates the need for constant back and forth head movement from reading the address and then locating the proper box & is a huge time saver.

When I placed the order, the site stated free shipping but when I checked out; the shipping fee was applied. The shipping fee was not super expensive so I didn't feel the need to say anything. Much to my surprise, the next time I checked my email, there was a message from Jake explaining there was an error on the backend and PROACTIVELY initiated a refund. This is how customers should be treated and business should be managed. Thank you for the great service!

Adjustable long-range directional light expands your visibility. With the adjustable tilt spotlight, you can get an accurate spotlight directed exactly where you need it, while keeping the full close-range 180 degree visibility.  

Modes:

1 Click = High All (180 + Spot) - 500 Lumens (3 hrs)
2 Clicks = All Low (180 + Spot) - 250 Lumens (6 hrs)
3 Clicks = 180 Only - 250 Lumens (5 hrs)
4 Clicks = Spotlight Only - 250 Lumens (7 hrs)
5 Clicks = Flash - 500 Lumens (12 hrs)
Hold 3 Secs = Red (12 hrs)

There is nothing worse than a battery running out when you need it most. That's why we've made the battery removable. Keep a back up battery on hand and swap it out as needed  - quickly and easily.
