Extra battery - New Headlamp & Bike Light

I have been a fan of this company way back since 2017 when I purchase my first bike light from them. I always have been impressed by the quality. Recently I purchased replacement batteries during their closeout sale. None of the 4 batteries were charged when taken out. And NONE of the flashlights worked. I called CS and was told they only did the flashlights so they could ship. So I put one of the rechargeable batteries in me headband light and now it won't turn on! So very upset and disappointed. I would like my headband replaced. Thank you.

Battery came out good, but small flashlight that came with it broke easily on the inside and never turned on.

I bought one80 headlight since the beginning of the founding.
I bought about 8 of them some in colour before this order I was hoping for UV light but didn’t happen sad to see them closing but some copies there design.

Been a One80 customer for a few years now. Nothing but positive experiences with their products and customer service. 💪

There is no way to charge the battery on flashlight unless you take the battery out and put in waist light then plug in. I like the old version, battery due to it takes less room on my waist (have small waist) and be able to charge it separately. Doing 100 mi ultra, I always want to make sure all my batteries are fully charged
